I hope you Dance

   "Life sucks, then you die."

   Those sure are positive words .... aren't they?  This is how everyone feels from time to time.  I know I do.  But why does life have to be this way? I mean why can't we have perfect lives, with perfect husbands, and perfect babies??? Well for starters... cuz that would be boring. And the Media wouldn't exist because there wouldn't be anything to talk about.  But... it does seem like we should deserve it sometimes.  A perfect life.  

So what about looking at the positives? Instead of insisting that life sucks, why not look on the bright side? Look for a meaning as to why things happen the way they do.  I mean, we all would be a little brighter inside wouldn't we? not as stressed. Its so hard to look at all the bad in the world and the evil and not feel depressed or sorry for those who suffer.  "Everything Happens for a reason"

   Love.  powerful word isn't it? Love controls this world we live in... God loves us.  Therefor he gave us free will. The only bad thing is... we are only human so we are naturally born sinners. God knows this, but he wants us to be able to decide if we want him.  That is a test of true love isn't it?  To give you the choice... and let you go explore and experience... only to hope and pray that you come back into his arms. And if you don't... he at least wants you happy. I think that is a perfect definition of what God wants..

   So if we aren't positive... and we are free to do what we wish... what comes of it? O ya.... Temptation.  "I can resist anything but temptation." famous unknown words.  Isn't it true.  You can stay on a strict diet of healthy foods... and as soon as a friend offers you a piece of chocolate cake... you take it.  Its not that you aren't a good person or a healthy person.  It is merely temptation. as most religious people refer to it... "the devil"  why do you think they have a "devils cake mix?" wow... so how can we be trusted? What made God think that we COULD be trusted??? Because of love. He loves us, and he knows if we get it figured out... we will love him just as much.  

   There is one more thing I believe needs to be mentioned in this post.... "Your Fucking Perfect." People Judge... they always have and always will. All you have to do is let them :). Because as long as you know who you are and what you stand for... nothing else matters. Ya so your insecure about your body, your looks, or even your life... Everyone is... even those who are judging.  But in God's eyes we are all the same. And some day we will all have "perfect wings." So be yourself. Live your life. Love who you want.  And of Course.... Dance as if no one is watching. 

Life's Lessons

  

   There are many times in our lives when we must be reassured about our morals, rights, or who we are as a person.  A way it is said, " God will give you only as much as you can bear."  I know I have needed to hear that many times throughout my life to give me a swift kick to get me going again.  I have learned to never question God, for any reason.  Although there have been many times when I have been caught thinking.... "I wish he didn't trust me so much..."

   But why do we doubt him? If he is God, we should instill everything, including trust, right?  So why don't we?  This is not saying anything against you or God, I am merely questioning  human nature.  Have you noticed that HE lets us do this? He allows us to do these things to ourselves and the people around us, knowing what is in store.  I am a firm believer in God and his miracles, but I really do enjoy his way of "getting our attention" by wanting us to question him...  He wants US to learn on our own. yes lead by example but its so much more than that. "Everything happens for a reason."  A quote I live by for many different reasons, as do most people I have came into contact with.  It shows us that in every situation, Good or bad, there is or can be a positive or helpful outcome.  9/11 is a great example... It was horrible, everything about it was a disaster. Although what came from it?  We, as a nation, pulled together as one.  for the first time in a long time... WE were a nation. Not one person doesn't remember that day, I was only 11 years old but remember it perfectly.  It's sad that a tragedy pulls people together, but it does, it touches our hearts.  This proves not that God wasn't there, it shows there is something much bigger for us out there.  He is here, and here to stay.  So even if you don't care, don't believe, or just don't understand... just stop and look at what's important in your life.  Did you have to face something or deal with an issue to get where you are? So from now on, before we start bickering and fighting and blaming God... stop and see what good or what change can come from it.  Find a reason... a reason to believe or to just understand why... and remember that Everything Happens for a Reason...
